2: Investing Time in finding the RIGHT Breeder.

Do you know what the common health issues are for the breed you selected? Does the breeder you have chosen test for all of them?

Don't take their word for it. Ask for proof.

Those cute little sausage dogs we talked about have a myriad of health issues.

Backs, Eyes, Skin allergies. These are just a few. All can be eliminated or reduced to say 5% of the breed.

3: Investing Time in when it right to bring the dog home.

A lot of people make snap decisions on getting a dog. They have not really looked into seeing if its the right time in their life as well as their families life to bring a dog into the home.

Remember its not just about now but also about the next 15 years.
